Award for Outstanding Staff Contributions to the Curriculum

Award for Outstanding Staff Contributions to the Curriculum

The Award for Outstanding Staff Contributions to the Curriculum recognizes a current staff member (or team) at any level who has demonstrated leadership and excellence in improving important aspects of the curriculum at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.  Staff work hard on curriculum delivery, assessment, and evaluation; they also provide direct faculty and student support.  Many go above and beyond their usual duties, or take extra initiative, or provide such high quality work—these staff deserve recognition for their contributions.  Typical candidates would be clerkship coordinators, departmental staff, curriculum specialists, anyone involved in the Standardized Patient Program, or other staff at OMED.  Staff from other offices can be considered but only if their work impacts curriculum.

Deadline is November 17, 2023
