31st Curriculum Colloquium
This year’s colloquium was titled “Curricular Integration and Mapping: Benefits, Basics, and Best Practices.” It was held on Thursday, February 19th. We focused on how mapping can benefit faculty, students, and staff to better demonstrate and track content integration across the curriculum. Why is mapping important? What are the LCME/regulatory implications? How can this help us with learner success, curriculum design/development, and responding to queries? How can we best "visualize" a curriculum map? What is the state of the PittMed map, and what can each of us do to improve it?
